Operator and scope

Nuclerion is operated by Spiral Labs S.A. de C.V., at Circuito Economistas 162, Ciudad Satélite, Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México, postal code 53100, Mexico. Contact: [email protected].

The platform brings together information from devices and integrations enabled for each account. Available functions depend on model, firmware, connectivity, configuration and permissions. Commercial information about a project integration does not mean it is activated for every account.

Authorized access

Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. Keep credentials and authentication factors private. Administrators should review users, roles, groups and assignees. Do not access another organization’s resources or tamper with records or security controls.

Add only owned or authorized equipment and obtain the necessary authorizations to process information about the people involved. Do not use Nuclerion for unlawful tracking, harassment or surveillance without a valid basis.

Information and alerts

Positions, journeys and events reflect reports received. They may be delayed or absent due to coverage, power, GNSS reception or equipment configuration. A retained point is the last reported position, not a guaranteed new location.

Alerts and rules describe device observations. They do not independently confirm an emergency or a physical cause. Review evidence and record incident handling or resolution. The platform does not replace public emergency services.

Device commands

Execute commands only on authorized, compatible equipment under safe conditions. Follow the requirements and confirmations shown in the platform. A sent, accepted or pending command does not equal a confirmed physical action; review the device response.

Control capabilities depend on hardware and installation. Do not assume that all trackers can actuate a relay, immobilize a vehicle or generate a physical SOS signal.

Maps and third-party content

When you select Google Maps, its use is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and applicable Google Maps Platform terms; Google’s data processing is described in its Privacy Policy. See the links in this section.

Google map content must not be extracted, stored or reused beyond what its terms permit. Attribution remains visible. A customer’s own reports retain their treatment independently of the base map.

OpenStreetMap retains its attribution and license conditions. You may switch providers in Map appearance without changing the device or its reports.
