Operator and contact
Spiral Labs S.A. de C.V. operates Nuclerion. Address: Circuito Economistas 162, Ciudad Satélite, Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México, postal code 53100, Mexico. Contact: [email protected].
Information processed
Account and contact information: name, email, organization membership, roles and preferences. Device data: identifiers, location and journeys, timestamps, connection status, telemetry and events reported by compatible equipment. Incidents, comments, assignees and the history of platform actions are also retained.
Authentication information, sessions, IP addresses, security logs and optional authentication factors are processed to protect access. Nuclerion does not request your biometric fingerprint when you use a passkey; your device performs its local verification. Location may reveal habits and movements: restrict access to people who need it.
Purposes
To provide the agreed service: manage accounts and permissions, receive device reports, display maps and history, evaluate rules and geofences, manage incidents and deliver configured notifications. Also to answer support requests, diagnose issues and protect the service from unauthorized access.
Email or WhatsApp conversations you initiate are used to respond to your request. This notice does not authorize marketing campaigns or the sale of location data. Additional processing that requires consent will be explained before it is introduced.
Family, business and institutional accounts
The organization adding devices and people determines access and permissions for its resources. It must have authorization or a valid basis for tracking and inform the people involved, including relatives, drivers and staff.
When Spiral Labs processes data on a customer organization’s instructions, those instructions and the applicable agreement govern that processing. Requests concerning that information are coordinated with the responsible organization without granting access to unrelated resources.
Providers and maps
Hosting, network protection and email or notification delivery require technology providers. Your browser also communicates with the selected map provider. These communications may involve processing outside Mexico. Loading a map does not send a complete incident case file to the map provider.
When using Google Maps, Google receives browser requests related to the map view and technical information such as your IP address. Google’s processing is also governed by its Privacy Policy. The location and extent of the map view may be part of those requests. You can choose OpenStreetMap in Map appearance.
OpenStreetMap and tile delivery services receive map view requests and browser technical information under their own policies. Provider attribution remains visible on the map.
Storage and security
Operational records are stored to provide the service and preserve account history and traceability. Retention or deletion is assessed against the agreement, ongoing purposes and applicable obligations; this notice does not set a uniform automatic deletion period. Backups may retain earlier versions during their recovery lifecycle.
Nuclerion uses organization permissions, session controls and protected access. Email or phone notices are delivered to recipients enabled for that context. Ask your administrator to remove access that is no longer needed.
Preferences, cookies and notifications
Session cookies and browser storage support authentication, language, interface and map preferences. Mobile notifications require browser permission and activation. You may disable that permission and adjust available account notices. Deleting cookies may sign you out; clearing preferences may reset the map’s appearance.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, cancellation or opposition, withdraw consent, or limit use or disclosure, email [email protected] with the subject “Nuclerion Privacy”. Include your name, a reply channel, the relevant data or account and your request. Identity or representation will be verified through an appropriate method; do not send passwords or access codes.
We will communicate our determination and, where applicable, fulfil your request within the periods established by applicable law. For an account belonging to another organization, we will coordinate with its responsible party.
Changes to this notice
The current version and date appear on this page. Changes affecting processing purposes or requiring consent will be communicated through account channels before that new processing applies.
